Visiting the School
Every day is Open Day and we are happy to arrange individual visits throughout the school year at a time convenient for you. You can come with or without your child, have a tour and meet our staff and pupils.

Open Days
Our main School Open Day is held each October. Visitors can see all areas of the Prep and Senior Schools in action, from our Kindergarten through to Sixth Form: with music and drama performances and demonstrations of extra-curricular activities, followed by homemade cakes sampled in our modern refectory. As you can tell, we are incredibly proud of our pupils and their achievements and relish the opportunity to tell you about them.
An Open Day allows us to showcase some of the achievements, talents and activities of our pupils. It cannot give you a comprehensive picture of the school or show you a full picture of how our pupils interact during a normal working day, so if you would like to have a more personal tour of the school, please do contact us at any time.
As part of our admissions procedure we are delighted to offer your son/daughter the opportunity to experience a taster day. Your child will be paired with a 'buddy' for the day and will follow their timetable, thereby experiencing the same academic lessons.
Taster days are a very positive experience and give children a real insight into life as a pupil at Hull Collegiate School.
