Closed:  Monday 25 December 2017 to Monday 1 January 2018 (inclusive)

Closed: Good Friday, Easter Monday, May Day, Spring Bank Holiday Monday and August Bank Holiday Monday

Paid sessions options:

The Nursery closes at 6.00pm, after this time there is a charge of £10 per hour or part thereof.

Early years funding entitlement will be deducted from these costs.  (Full fees charged for all bank holidays). No charge for 2 weeks holiday per annum for all year round children, which is deducted at the end of their final term at the Nursery once a full year has been completed.

We are delighted to be able to inform you that Hull Collegiate School Nursery will be taking part in the government’s new 30 Hours Free Childcare Scheme, commencing in September 2017. This offer will be available for those parents who meet the government’s eligibility criteria. Please see below regarding how to find out if you are eligible. For those children aged 3 and 4 whose parents are not eligible, the current 15 hours funding will still apply

Early years funding entitles children up to 30 hours of free nursery sessions in term time (38 weeks) from the start of the term after they have turned three. These session options are:

Hull Collegiate School Nursery 30 Hours Free Childcare Offer

Maximum of 18 hours taken in

5 mornings from 8.30 to 11.30am and 1 afternoon from 12.30 to 3.30pm, or

4 mornings from 8.30 to 11.30am and 2 afternoons from 12.30 to 3.30pm, or

1 morning from 8.30 to 11.30am and 5 afternoons from 12.30 to 3.30pm, or

2 mornings from 8.30 to 11.30am and 4 afternoons from 12.30 to 3.30pm

plus

Maximum of 12 hours taken between 3.30 and 6.00pm

Sessions booked outside these funded times will be charged at the relevant rates as listed on the Hull Collegiate School website, within the Nursery tab, under Sessions and Prices.

Additional Hull Collegiate School Nursery 30 Hours Free Childcare Offer (limited places only)

Maximum of 18 hours taken in 3 mornings from 8.30-11.30am and 3 afternoons from 12.30 to 3.30pm

Maximum of 12 hours taken between 3.30 and 6.00pm

Applying for the 30 hours free childcare

You can now pre-register for the 30-hour scheme on the Gov.UK website via www.tax.service.gov.uk/childcare-schemes-interest/welcome . You will need to confirm that you live in England and to provide your email address and your child's date of birth. You will then be emailed with information about when the scheme will be available and how to apply. 

You can also find out more on a new Childcare Choices website set up by HMRC. This also gives information about the new Tax-Free Childcare scheme and includes a childcare calculator so that you are able to compare your different options. 

Hull Collegiate School Nursery 15 Hours Free Childcare Offer

Early years funding entitles children up to 15 hours of free nursery sessions in term time (38 weeks) from the start of the term after they have turned three. These session options are:

Mornings                             08.30 to 11.30am

Afternoons                         12.30 to 3.30pm

Sessions booked outside these funded times will be charged at the relevant rates as listed above.
