Below is a precis of how the girls achieved their success:
Wed 11 November U14 Netball
The winners and the runners up from the Hull Schools and East Riding Schools qualified for the Humberside round. The girls did well to qualify from the East Riding round, as runners up, despite the fact that they were missing 5 of their first team through illness. Thankfully the girls were at full strength apart from Isobel Whitelock, who has a long-term injury. The girls played 3 matches:
HCS V Wolfreton 8-4 (won)
HCS V Hymers 8-5 (won)
HCS V Malet Lambert 8-1 (won)
These results meant that the girls are Humberside Champions and now go through to the regional round in Rotherham on Saturday 30 January where the top two teams qualify for National finals.
Mon 28 September U14 XI Hockey
HCS V Pocklington 1-1 (drew) B Reader)

HCS V Beverley High 5-0 (won) (M West, P Marshall, M Riby, B Reader, A Pindar)
