Last week our Kindergarten and First Steps children were busy celebrating the Chinese New Year.
On Monday the children took part in activities ranging from making dragon masks, concertina dragons and Chinese lanterns to writing Chinese characters, doing a lion dance and eating prawn crackers.
On Wednesday the children performed their Chinese New Year parade and marched to music along the Key Stage 1 corridor and into the Key Stage 2 assembly, where they proudly showed the older children their work.
