Key Stage Two (Age 7 - 11)

Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 

In Key Stage 2 we build on the firm foundations already established in Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1. We prepare the children for their transition to the Senior School through increased specialist teaching in dedicated, fully-equipped accommodation including our own library, ICT suite, science room, Art and DT studio and music room. 

Your child will be taught to a high standard by our well qualified and dedicated team, be encouraged to work hard and to always give their best in every aspect of school life.  Good manners and responsible behaviour are high on our agenda and we constantly strive to ensure that your child is educated in an atmosphere of mutual respect and understanding, to nurture both their confidence and self esteem. 

During the four years of Key Stage 2, your child will be offered many opportunities.   These include residential and educational visits, leadership roles such as School Council representative, Librarian, Form Captain, House Captain or Sports Captain, and the chance to serve their school community by caring for others around them and their environment.
